Symposium Series

Relationships

Our relationships say a lot about us, and much of what we experience with these connections, clearly defines who we are. To better navigate life’s challenges, we will examine how to make essential transformations to be the best people we are meant to be.

Our relationship topics include marriage, courtship, parenting, family functions, and work-life balance. Our credentialed and skilled presenters will give ManCamp20|20 participants all the facts, coupled with practical tips and inspiring stories. Best of all, you will be able to apply what you have learned during these sessions to create a better life.

Family

Every day we face the challenges in maintaining a healthy family, particularly in this current age of information and mass media.  One has only to watch and listen to a few commercials, shows, and podcasts to see how producers attempt to influence our thinking and living in ways that are not always in our best interest.

ManCamp20|20 thought leaders are eager to provide best practices and tips so our participants can put them to work as they make decisions for wholesome living.

Mental Health

We are learning more about people who experience depression, low self-esteem, addiction, and suicide. Some of these people may even be our relatives, and we realize that none of us are immune to similar circumstances.

Our ManCamp20|20 Mental Health sessions teach participants to recognize signs and symptoms of depression. We will bring you top psychologists, mental health therapists, and counselors to provide tools for creating and maintaining your best mental well-being.

Community

What ever happened to the action in the phrase “It takes a village to raise a child”? Did it get lost in the 20th century? ManCamp20|20 seeks to remind participants about the benefit of carving out time to visit schools, donate food and clothing, and assist with small financial matters to help people reignite the “village” mindset! These are just a few ways to create a positive impact on your communities.

Our greatest resources are ourselves. That child on the street corner may never discover the cure for cancer, unless we notice a need for intervention, and take action. We have to view and engage everyone as an asset.

Our experts are community advocates, or connected to various programs and causes that help turn lives around and assist in building character for members of our society.

The Dinero Dossier

My-My-My… Money, Money, Money!

Let’s be real — some of us need to put aside the know-it-all bravado and open up to real strategies that make money work. Brought to you by Wealth360five.com, this powerful session meets people right where they are—and helps lift them up to where they want to be.

This focal-point couldn’t be timelier. With rising costs in energy, groceries, gas, housing, healthcare, children’s necessities, and education, we’re all facing waves that can’t be ignored. The Dinero Dossier is designed to become a core training tool — helping you prepare, protect, and provide for the people who matter most

Many of us know how to make money. Far fewer know how to make it work for us. There’s a difference between being rich and being truly wealthy — and that’s exactly what we’ll uncover together. This isn’t just about numbers; it’s about legacy, stability, and building a future that you, and your family can count on.

Our speakers will share clear, actionable insights you can use immediately — no jargon, no fluff. Just real talk that can lead to real enrichment.

Some of our discussions may include but are not limited to:

  • Money Essentials: Budgeting, tracking expenses, and saving (including emergency funds)

  • Credit & Debt: Understanding credit scores, managing student loans, and credit card responsibility

  • Investing Fundamentals: Stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and the power of compound interest

  • Protecting Wealth: Insurance types and tax-smart strategies (filing, deductions, retirement accounts like 401(k) and IRA)

  • Estate Planning: Wills, Trusts (revocable vs. irrevocable), and Wealth Transfer

Building a Legacy: Passing down values, educating family, charitable giving, and intentional heirlooms

Leadership

Are you a leader?

This ManCamp20|20 leadership symposium gathers the best techniques leadership experts use to foster a better understanding of how to lead people. Our conference addresses attitudes and actions that are fundamental to good leadership.

Like the conductor of a philharmonic orchestra, your leadership role is in every part of the operation. You understand that it comes together because you assume the full responsibility for what happens, as it happens, for a great finished product. This symposium is essential for anyone looking to serve as a leader.

We hear the stories every day — data breaches, identity theft, cyberattacks, and systemic schemes aimed at stealing our most personal and hard-earned assets. In this session, we’ll explore the best tools and strategies to protect what matters most: your identity, your life’s work, and the legacy you’ve built over years of effort and investment.

Physical Health

How effective is a healthy diet when coupled with a regularly scheduled exercise routine? We have heard many times, “You can not out-exercise a bad diet,” or, “Seven days without a workout makes one weak!” We know that the key to a healthy lifestyle is not only diet and exercise, but equally important, consistency to aide in maintaining well-being.

The health symposium of ManCamp20|20 seeks to motivate attendees to make good food choices, move regularly, and manage stress to live his/her best life. Our health specialists will also provide insight related to hypertension, diabetes, cancer, immuno- deficiencies, and other common diseases.

Our parent company, Othal Partners, LLC, creators of ManCamp20|20, believes that faith has enabled us to define our purpose, give us wisdom, remain disciplined, inspire others, and, achieve abundance as we stand firmly on God’s promises.

We are proud to declare how we are blessed, yet it is our sincere desire to reveal imperfections, faults, and failures, along with our triumphs. We are still a work in progress, and only a loving lord and savior, Jesus Christ, looks beyond our errors and still provides for our needs.

Our faith colloquium is one of the most important presentations of ManCamp20|20. We seek to help people connect the dots for walking in their appointed destiny for their business and personal lives with God’s favor.
